Temptation Is There.

You can bet your life on it. The temptation is there. Too great to resist. Never judge a book by its cover. Looting is a disease. It will never go away. We've always hear of search and rescue team personnel ransacking at the disaster area. Isn't the temptation too great when the whole disaster area is cordoned off? It's easy pickings so to say. Don't they have any clear conscience at all? Strict guidelines are to be followed. Whether they are the Fire and Rescue Services Department, the Smart team, the police or even the army, the guidelines are thrown out of the window.

Where are their code of ethics? Have they or have they no code of ethics at all? It's left to be seen. Throughout, their behaviour have not been strictly ethical. Their professional ethics are thrown into the drain when temptation rules the heart. To call a spade a spade, I will say this disease of looting would not simply go away. Nothing much can be done. You might get away once but you might not be lucky the next time. So to the search and rescue personnel I have this to say,"you're being watched".
