Thank you housing developers for agreeing to conduct soil tests just to pacify the anger of almost everyone. But are we so sure that the developers are so concern and caring? That we must wait and see. What will they be doing behind our backs? It's anybody's guess. I will not be really surprise if trees are fell and another developement takes place after the dust has settled. Wanna bet. Got money beres.
We've seen and heard so many times whenever tragedies of these type happened developers are quick to come up with solutions. "We follow guidelines," so they say. "Don't blame us, blame mother nature." They are not the only ones to be blame because it takes two to tango.
So you guys out there if you want to invest in landed properties make sure the properties are really landed but not anywhere near hillsides or anywhere at the sides of hills. Do not be taken in by their beautiful brochures. If you want greenery plant youself some flowers and grow a tree or two. Natural coolness. Forget that. We are living in a hot country. Get an air conditioner or two. If all of us can do that I'm sure in the long run all hills will be like hills once again.

It's all acting. All they ever wanted is the money and I dont think they really care about the safety and etc. Mother nature aint the problem, its the people. I wonder when will this ever stop. This incident is avoidable.
